Before taking on the role of co-owner at RTM, J worked in Finance & Insurance at Ray Skillman, honing his skills in management and customer service. His favorite part of the RTM journey? Without a doubt, it's the people who make up the heart of the business.
A proud father of two, J’s life outside of work revolves around his love for family, boating, and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts. When he’s not on the water, you might find him relaxing to the sounds of Morgan Wallen or enjoying some chicken wings while watching his favorite movie, The Wolf of Wall Street.
Despite being a high school dropout, J’s path to success is a testament to his hard work and determination. One piece of advice that’s stuck with him? “You're not going to get to the top of the mountain by jumping peak to peak.” It’s this mentality that drives him forward, along with his personal motto: “Be careful what you say no to.”
If J could meet anyone in history, it would be Walt Disney, someone he admires for his vision and creativity. Sandy serves as the Office Manager at Reeder Trausch Marine, bringing her years of expertise in finance and management to the team. Previously, she spent much of her career at Denny’s Marina, where she worked in finance and office management before the company transitioned to RTM. Joining RTM was a natural fit for Sandy, and her favorite part of the job is working with the incredible people around her.
A proud mother of two—Bryce, 31, and Jordan, 25—Sandy enjoys a full life outside of work. She’s passionate about attending concerts, decorating her home, and traveling. Sandy’s love for music spans all genres, but Kenny Chesney holds a special place as her favorite artist. When it comes to sports, Sandy is a huge hockey fan, with her kids both having played the sport. She cheers on the Pittsburgh Penguins and is also a supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Something not many people know about Sandy is that she was born with two holes in her heart, but it has never stopped her from living life to the fullest. If she could meet anyone in history, she’d choose Maya Angelou, admiring her wisdom and perspective. One of the best pieces of advice Sandy lives by is: “Do the best you can until you know better. When you know better, do better.” Her personal motto, “Today is a good day for a good day,” reflects her optimistic outlook on life.
When relaxing at home, Sandy enjoys tuning into Bravo TV and watching all the Real Housewives shows. She loves Mexican food paired with margaritas, and if she had a superpower, she would make everyone kind, happy, and healthy.

Before RTM, Craig spent time managing and coordinating events as a brewery manager. Now, his favorite part of working at RTM is the camaraderie and teamwork that makes each day enjoyable.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Craig traveling to new destinations, attending concerts, or exploring the best food spots in town. He’s a big fan of indie and jam bands, with Beck and the Grateful Dead topping his playlists. A sports fan at heart, Craig supports the Reds, Colts, and Pacers.
People might not know that Craig has lived in four different states, giving him a wealth of experiences and stories to tell. If he could meet anyone in history, it would most likely be a musician. His favorite advice? “Stop smoking.” And his favorite quote comes from Yogi Berra: “Nobody goes there anymore, it’s too crowded.”
Craig’s go-to movie is The Godfather, his favorite food is pizza, and if he had a superpower, he’d want to fly (which would make all that traveling a lot easier!). His favorite boat at RTM? Her drive to stay busy and tackle challenges head-on is one of the reasons she loves working at RTM. She thrives in its positive environment, where teamwork is at the core of everything.
Outside of work, Belinda enjoys gardening and fishing, and she’s a proud mother of one and grandmother to a grandson. Her taste in music is eclectic, enjoying everything from Teddy Swims to Post Malone. When it comes to food, her go-to meal is a ribeye and salad, but chocolate is the one thing she can't live without!
Something people might not know about Belinda is that she loves teaching others. If she could meet anyone from history, it would be Michelangelo, as she’s always admired the beauty and intricacy of his art. Now, as a Delivery Captain and Sales Associate, John’s goal is simple: to make sure every customer finds the perfect boat to suit their needs, creating memories for their families that will last a lifetime. His personal favorite? The Bennington Pontoons—he can’t get enough of them!
But John’s story doesn’t end with his love for boating. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of 3 and a granddad to 5 (with a 6th on the way!). Whether he's spending time with his grandkids or out on the water, family is his top priority.
A rock music enthusiast, John is particularly fond of Van Morrison and classic rock vibes. You can often catch him rooting for his favorite teams—Purdue, the Colts, and the Reds—whether he's at a game or tuning in from his boat. His life has been quite the journey too—did you know he’s a former police officer and once owned a Christmas Tree Farm?

Matt joined RTM for the chance to be part of something special from the ground up and loves the team’s energy and commitment to representing the best products.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and concerts, and grilling with his family. He has four kids: Jack, Austin, Lucy, and Brielle, who are his world. A music lover, Matt’s favorite artist is Allen Stone, and he’s a huge fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Butler Bulldogs. Something many don’t know? He’s related to two brothers who raced in the first Indy 500!

Outside of work, Jason enjoys reading and relaxing, valuing the moments of peace that help him recharge. A fan of old-school R&B and jazz, he appreciates the timeless quality of music but doesn’t have a single favorite artist. He’s also a dedicated Bengals fan and has an athletic background, having wrestled in both high school and college—something many people don’t know about him.

A dedicated sports fan, he supports the Colts, Pacers, IU Football, and Arizona State Wrestling.

Outside of work, Xavyor enjoys golfing—a hobby that keeps him grounded and connected to the outdoors. He’s a big fan of R&B music, especially artists like Drake and Bryson Tiller, and follows his favorite sports teams closely: the Colts, Pacers, Notre Dame, Kentucky, and the Dodgers. While many may not know this about him, Xavyor is also an avid sports bettor, and his competitive spirit aligns well with his admiration for Tiger Woods, whom he’d love to meet, calling him “The Goat.”

Now, he’s channeling that experience into a new adventure in the marine industry, eager to grow his skills and learn from the talented technicians around him.
What Danny loves most about working at RTM is the collaborative environment and the fact that the owners are engaged and supportive. Outside of work, his life revolves around his two young sons, ages 2.5 years and 3 months. Whether he's spending time with his family, out boating, riding motorcycles, or watching football and basketball, Danny makes the most of his free time.

Before diving into media and marketing, Ethan spent time as an Esport Director, managing over 50 student athletes, coaching twelve teams, and leading his program to four conference championships and a National Championship appearance. He even secured a National Top 25 Call of Duty ranking! His passion for content creation and marketing brought him to RTM, where he loves the supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Outside of work, Ethan’s hobbies include graphic design, video creation, playing soccer and volleyball, and working out. A true rock fan, he’s into bands like Rush and Boston, and he’s an avid sports enthusiast, cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights, Tennessee Volunteers, UC Bearcats, and Cincinnati Reds.
Not many people know that Ethan has dealt with nerve damage in his arm, but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit. His best piece of advice? “Work hard when life is easy, so you can work easy when life gets hard.” He lives by the motto “Earn the sunset,” and his go-to movie is Baby Driver.
Ethan’s Last Meal is “The IU Order”—a feast of chicken tenders, potato wedges, mac and cheese, a slice of sausage pizza, salad, and a Coke. The one thing he can’t live without? Music and family. If he had a superpower, he’d want either super speed or the ability to read minds.
Ethan’s favorite boat at RTM is the Crownline 265 SS, and his life goals include owning his own company, shooting for a pro sports team, starting a family, and retiring his parents.
